In an effort to keep the community up-to-date on our COVID19 preparations and precautions, we are sharing here the steps we are taking to keep our staff and children safe.
1. More of the daily learning takes place outside.
2. Families who have knowingly been exposed to COVID19 are asked to keep their child home until test results have come back. If negative, the child will be able to return to school. If positive, the child must stay home a minimum of five days. Children may return with a negative test.
3. Children & staff wash hands when entering the classroom, after toileting, before & after meals, etc.
4. Toys are sanitized at the end of each day and as needed.
5. Custodial staff sanitizes each room everyday using an electrostatic sprayer.
